Rich Kids of Beverly Hills alum Dorothy Wang has found her happily ever after with Brandon Yankowitz.
“ Engaged ,” the couple wrote in a joint statement via Instagram on Tuesday, October 29.
In the photo, Wang, 36, and Yankowitz shared a kiss at an undisclosed location filled with candles and flowers. The bride-to-be later confirmed via her Instagram Story that the proposal occurred on October 17 and called it “the most beautiful surprise of my life.”
Soon after confirming their new relationship status, the couple was inundated with well wishes from their close friends.

“!!!!Congrats!!!!!!!!,” Rich Kids of Beverly Hills costar Morgan Stewart McGraw wrote in the comments section. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Crystal Kung Minkoff added, “Been waiting for this!!!!!”
Others couldn’t help but acknowledge the couple’s “hard launch” on Instagram after keeping their romance on the private side.
“Sometimes the Universe takes you on a journey you didn’t know you needed to bring you everything you ever wanted,” Wang cryptically shared via her Instagram Story just hours before confirming her engagement. “Trust the plan.”
Fans met Wang when she appeared on E!’s Rich Kids of Beverly Hills, which aired from 2014 to 2016. She also appeared on Famously Single to work on her dating skills.
“I’m looking for someone that is very driven, that kind of has their own thing going on,” she dished to E! News before the show aired in June 2017. “[Someone] that is motivated, hard working but fun and can also kind of keep my interest.”
Wang later joined the Bling Empire franchise and had an on-screen love interest in Ari Kourkoumelis. Their fling came to an end in the spring of 2021 after filming wrapped.
As for Yankowitz, he keeps his social media private. At the same time, he has found success as a film producer and New York City lawyer.

Previously, Wang offered a glimpse into her dating journey while filming Bling Empire: New York. At the time, she revealed the differences in East Coast bachelors vs. West Coast daters.
“I think dating in New York is a lot of fun,” she told TV Insider in January 2023. “For me, it’s a different group of people. I think the guys in New York are different from guys in L.A. It was fun to meet new people. For me, dating isn’t always my number one priority but people love to watch.”
“It has haunted me since Rich Kids because they want to see Dorothy on dates,” she continued. “I’m not necessarily a huge dater though. I’ve tried to be more of a dater since being in New York.”
