Kylie Jenner and Jordyn Woods have been best friends for years — but things got rocky when Tristan Thompson got involved.
Jenner’s sister Khloé Kardashian has a long-standing history with Thompson, who cheated on her multiple times throughout their on and off relationship. In February 2019, multiple sources told Us Weekly that Woods and Thompson were spotted getting cozy at a house party. (Kardashian and Thompson now share two children: daughter True and son Tatum.)
Kardashian ended her relationship with Thompson the same day she found out about the scandal before eventually getting back together. Jenner’s friendship with Woods, meanwhile, hasn’t been the same since.

Woods shared one of her first photos with Jenner on Instagram in December 2013. “Merry Christmas from the goths❤️,” she captioned the snap from the Kardashian-Jenner Christmas party that year.

As Woods and Jenner’s friendship continued to grow, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star gifted her bestie a brand new Mercedes for her 18th birthday in September 2015. “Happy birthday jordyn. Thank you for being you,” Jenner captioned a pic of Woods in front of her new ride. “Most down to earth selfless human being! I hope you enjoy it.”

After Woods’ dad, John, died in January 2017, Jenner donated $10,000 to help her family with medical care and memorial costs. “My Fire Ox, My Brother, My Soul Sister. Give Jordy & her family some support and prayers right now,” the reality personality captioned a photo of her and Woods via Instagram at the time. “I love you the long way @jordynwoods. The other half of me .. When you cry I cry.”

Two years after Jenner initially bought Woods a car, the Life of Kylie star gifted her pal another Mercedes for her 20th birthday. “Oh my God!” Woods screamed in a Snapchat video shared by Jenner of the model crying over the 2017 black metallic Mercedes-Benz AMG GLE 63 Coupe in September 2017.

While Jenner was keen on keeping her pregnancy private until she gave birth to daughter Stormi in February 2018, Woods was one of the few people by her side. A month after Jenner welcomed her daughter, the makeup mogul revealed how Woods reacted to the news that she was pregnant. “She said ‘ok well i guess we‘re both having a baby,’” Jenner tweeted. “😂😍 real one ♥️♥️.” Woods replied with a ring emoji at the time.
June 2018
Jenner told Vogue in June 2018 that Woods lived with her. “I test out most of my [makeup] on Jordyn because we live together, So I’m like, ‘Jordyn, I need you.’ Everyone that comes in my house has tinted red arms from swatches and shadows,” she said at the time.
August 2018
Woods gushed exclusively to Us Weekly about Jenner’s daughter in August 2018. “It’s fun for me because it’s not my child so I can, like, hang out,” she said. “That’s kind of the beauty of it! A lot of my friends have kids and it’s so much fun. I could just play with them and then go back to not having any responsibilities.”
Woods added that “not much has changed” between her and Jenner: “I feel like we’ve always been mature for our age and we’ve experienced a lot of life at a young age.”
