After two-plus decades of marriage, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos have never stopped having the hots for each other — and they want the world to know!
The couple, who met while starring on All My Children in the ‘90s, tied the knot in 1996 and went on to welcome three kids: Michael (born 1997), Lola (born 2001), and Joaquin (born 2003). Despite their busy lives and successful careers, Ripa and Consuelos always make sure to make time for each other — and that often occurs in the bedroom … and not just their own.
In September 2022, the Live With Kelly and Ryan host admitted to Andy Cohen that she and the Riverdale star once had sex in his Fire Island home.
“That was a day trip!” the Bravo personality exclaimed in response.
“It was a rental!” the former soap opera star replied, adding, “I figured I wasn’t desecrating anything that you own.”
In addition to Cohen’s vacation rental, Ripa admitted to the Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen host that she and Consuelos have also slept together on a boat, in a public bathroom and even on the set of All My Children.
“I think we found each other at the right time in our lives. … We were really pliable to each other,” the ABC personality previously told Cohen in April 2020 while explaining why she and her husband have such a healthy sex life. “We really learned each other well. With that comes a certain level of comfort and confidence and experimentation and just fun.”

During a July 2024 episode of Live With Kelly and Mark, Ripa teased to viewers that she and Consuelos got handsy before the show.
“I’ve got to tell you something. I did something backstage that was so inappropriate that, if we weren’t married, I would probably be fired right now,” she joked. “But, I have to explain myself. I started at the shirt, and I was like, ‘I really love this shirt, I think it’s gorgeous on you.’”
Consuelos shared that after hearing Ripa’s compliment, he invited her to touch his pants.

“Because at this point, anything you walk in on is your problem,” Ripa pointed out.

Providing Some Eye Candy
Ripa revealed that she began posting more shirtless and steamy photos of her husband on Instagram once she realized that a major pop star was following her. “[My trainer] Isaac Boots told me. He’s like, ‘Oh, my God, Madonna followed you,’ and I was like, ‘What? What? In an excerpt from her memoir, Live Wire: Long-Winded Short Stories, Ripa recalled the moment she passed out during sex with her husband when an ovarian cyst ruptured.
She remembered waking up in the hospital — and being frustrated at Consuelos, who “dressed me like a dime store prostitute” in order to get her to the ER. “There he is, happily munching on the saltines now and ordering a second apple juice. Mark could be at a movie, or a spa. Instead, I’m flat on my back wondering when the other two cysts will burst,” Ripa wrote.

After Lola walked in on her parents having sex — on her 18th birthday, no less — she told Ripa and Consuelos that they were “disgusting” and need “to chill.”

During a 2017 episode of Live With Kelly and Ryan, the talk show host shared a hard truth: “He’s immediately mean to me afterward, and I don’t like that!” she told the audience, with her husband sitting alongside her. “I think it’s bizarre. He becomes short with me. You know what I mean? Like irritated. And I’m like, ‘Oh, now you’re irritated? You were so loving three minutes ago!’”
After her comments made headlines, Ripa clarified that she was joking about the situation — and the CW star also found it funny. “I laughed,” Consuelos said on the talk show. “I didn’t refute it because I thought it was the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. … I just wanted to set the record straight that no one can be mean after something if they are unconscious.
