Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of rape and sexual assault in a new wave of lawsuits — one of which includes allegations that he molested a 16-year-old boy.
At least six lawsuits were filed anonymously by two unidentified women and four unidentified men in a Manhattan federal court on Monday, October 14, the Associated Press reported. Lawyers stated on Monday that these are just six suits out of a group of over 100 alleged victims who are in the process of seeking legal action against 54-year-old Diddy, who is currently behind bars.
One of the men, who is currently living in North Carolina, claimed that Diddy fondled him at a Hamptons white party hosted in 1998. The man was only a teenager at the time, he alleged, noting that the apparent assault took place while he and Diddy were having a conversation about the music industry.
“Don’t you want to break into the business?” Diddy allegedly asked the then-teen, according to court documents. The man claimed he was coerced into thinking that it was a rite of passage and compiled out of “fear, anxiety and power imbalance.”
Lawyer Tony Buzbee Claims More Celebs Will Be Sued With Diddy
Us Weekly has reached out to Diddy’s team for comment.
Diddy has pleaded not guilty to a barrage of charges, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution following his arrest last month. A 14-page indictment released the day after his September 16 arrest accused Diddy of abusing, threatening and coercing women “to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct” for years.
Last week, the rapper filed his third appeal for pretrial release, which was denied by a judge on October 10. His trial has been set to start on May 5, 2025, and he will be kept in prison without bail. The music mogul is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
Earlier this month, Buzbee Law Firm attorney Tony Buzbee claimed during a press conference that his firm along with the AVA Law Group are representing 60 men and 60 women who claim to be victims of Diddy dating back to the 1990s. More than 20 of the alleged victims claimed to be underage at the time of the incident.
Diddy Accused of Sexual Assault in 4th Lawsuit, Denies ‘Awful’ Claims
At the time, Diddy’s lawyer Erica Wolff shared a statement with Us addressing the lawyer’s remarks.
“He cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” the statement read. “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.”
